This cheese production and retail sales facility is in Cattaragaus County, New York. It is Amish owned. The sales staff are "English" but the production workers are Amish, so there are usually a large number of buggies parked in an adjacent area. It is a popular weekend destination for tourists. I met a nice couple there who regularly travel to Cattaraugus County from Canada on their "dresser" motorcycle.Nature photography by C. Allen Weekley
